A relaxed, natural site set in the heart of the Great Langdale Valley.
With the towering Langdale Pikes looming above it, Great Langdale Campsite is a particularly dramatic spot to pitch up for a holiday in the outdoors. The site offers a wide selection of grassy pitches suitable for families and friends, as well as a collection of wooden camping pods, perfect for a winter break.
This well-equipped site boasts two newly upgraded toilet and shower blocks, washing-up areas, a laundry and drying room.
Ideally located for walkers keen to explore the Lake District, we also offer an orienteering course around the site. For those better suited to cycling, bring your bike and hit the trails.
Our own Sticklebarn pub is just 10 minute’s walk away but check their website for current opening arrangements. Muddy boots and furry friends are welcome.
